تهدف هذه المادة إلى تعريف الطالب بالأوراق التجارية والكمبيالة والشيك والسند الاذني ، والمشاكل النظرية والعملية المتعلقة بتداولها والوفاء أو عدم الوفاء بقيمتها في ميعاد الاستحقاق، كما ترمي المادة في قسمها الثاني ( الإفلاس ) إلى تعريف الطالب بنظام شهر الإفلاس بجميع جوانبه .

The aim of this subject matter is to introduce the student with commercial bonds which are the promissory bond, the cheque and bond of order as well as, those; and practical problems pertaining to their circulation and fulfillment or unfilfullment and their values in the time of maturity. On the other hand, the subject matter is also aimed in the second part to introduce the student with the concept of declaring bankruptcy with all sides of its aspect.
