القانون التجاري هو مجموعة القواعد القانونية التي تنظم علاقة التجار والشركات التجارية في المجتمع . ويشمل القانون التجاري على مجموعة من الموضوعات تتمثل في الأعمال التجارية ومعيار تمييزها والمقصود بالتاجر وبيان التزاماته. والشركات التجارية بأنواعها المختلفة. وتدرس المادة على مستوى واحد وعلى مدار ثلاث ساعات أسبوعيا ، وتهدف إلى بيان أحكام القانون التجاري بموضوعاته المختلفة وتطبيقاتها في مجالات العمل اليومية وأهم القضايا التي تثور في هذا الخصوص .
BL 211 : Commercial Law Pre. Req. : BL 101
The aim of this subject matter is to study the basis of commercial law which considered as one of the most frisky branch of low, particularly in Saudi Legal system. It compromises of the following subject matters :-
(1) theory of merchant and commercial activities , conditions of acquiring the rank of merchant and obligations of merchants, kinds, commercial activities and its legal concepts .
(2) commercial companies, its formation, activities termination, and compromise of personal companies, companies of collective liability, limited partnership companies, anonymous companies, proprietary companies, joint stock companies, limited liability companies, partnership companies by shares .
(3) commercial storehouse, its definition, elements and the important vicissitudes of acquisition which getting performed over it .
